How to Make A Claim

When you need to file a claim, here's what to do:

During regular business hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, call us directly at (978) 632-0205.
At night or on weekends or holidays, please do not wait to file your claim. Contact your insurance company listed below and they will set the claims process in motion.
Have your Policy Number and Claim Details ready when you contact your company if at all possible.
After your claim is filed, your insurance company will forward a copy of your claim to us.
