When you need to file a claim, here's what to do:

1. If it's during regular business hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, call us directly at (978) 632-0205.

2. If your incident occurs at night or on weekends or holidays, please do not wait to file your claim. Contact your carrier listed below and they will set the process in motion.

3. If possible, have your Policy Number and Claim Details ready when you contact your company.

4. After your claim is filed, your insurance company will forward a copy of your claim to our office.

We are in business not only to minimize risk to you and your family, but to ensure that any disruption to your life following an accident, fire or other catastrophe is minimal.

Quincy Mutual	Call our agency at (978) 632-0205, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. If you are unable to reach us, you can report your claim directly to Quincy Mutual by dialing 1-800-490-0047. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
